I eat 3 meals a day and dont snack. 2 slices of toast for breakfast, unless I know Im going to be doing a lot that day in which case I eat 3 or 4. ie when I was at uni I had to walk everywhere so needed the extra energy
Lunch is usually a packet of crisps and a sarnie, or last nights leftovers, and dinner is something with a balance of carbs meat and veggies.

No special diet, I just say its the Good old English way of eating XD

I put on a bit of weight when I left uni probably due to my consumption of carbs, I used to eat shitloads at uni because I walked to uni and back daily and to the store for my food, to town, basically my only form of transport was my own two feet, but I dont walk when Im at home, so I put on weight when I ate the same ammount... XD So I just cut back... but eat the same sort of food.
